Sometimes, things need a makeover -- that includes 145-year-old candy. Sweethearts, the popular heart candy that people eat on Valentine's Day, is getting an upgrade.
The candy's parent company, Necco, has asked Twitter to come up with some new messages to print on the candy hearts. So, added to the usual "Be Mine," "Kiss Me," and "Love Me" messages will be "Text Me," "Tweet Me," and "Love Bug" (as in the Jonas Brothers song).
