You’ll probably never get that hover board that you always wanted but you may end up being able to buy self-lacing sneakers in the very near future. A couple of guys started a Kickstarter fund to create and mass produce these babies, that have a pressure sensor in the heel that automatically laces them as soon as you put your foot in. They’re trying to raise $25,000 to get the production off the ground and it seems like they are having some success. You could be seeing these on the pavement by next year. See Now Below.
