He had vegetables at home (to be a good role model for his children). Otherwise, it was 100% "Convenience Store Diet". For 10 weeks he ate 1800 daily calories of Twinkies, Oreo s, Cool Ranch Doritos, powdered donuts, and washed it down with Diet Mountain Dew. He supplemented his diet with a multi-vitamin and protein shakes.
Though another dietitian says (quote) "It's a great reminder for weight loss -- calories count. Is that the bottom line to being healthy? That's entirely a different story."
