And The Emmy For Best Opening Goes To....

Host Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, the cast of Glee, and a parade of nominees opened the event with a Gleek-tastic performance of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run," complete with Randy Jackson on bass. That began a night of song with Jimmy taking his acoustic guitar into the audience. Last year's host, Neil Patrick Harris, thanked Emmy producers for selecting the second consecutive gay host with Jimmy Fallon. Fallon ended the evening in a white tuxedo (to match his long lost "father" Tom Selleck) and popped a bottle of champagne to announce that the after-party was at Betty White's house.
