A romantic couple was caught having sex out in public. The arresting officer was Captain Wiener.The police report says (quote) "Matthew Rayfield and Diane Orosz were spontaneously celebrating their anniversary." They were completely naked and in full view of boats passing through the inter-coastal waterway. Also, a daycare center across the street had a good peek at the passionate public lovers.
