Police say that Neil, 49, was arrested in Las Vegas early Monday, and is being held on $2,000 bail. Shortly before Neil was arrested, the rocker appeared at his Las Vegas restaurant -- Vince Neil's Tres Rios. Weirdly enough that isn't Spanish for "Three Strikes" which is what he's facing drunk driving -wise.
Twenty-three years after Neil drove drunk and had an accident that killed his passenger, Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley of Hanoi Rocks in 1984. He served just 30 days in jail, BTW. Regarding the tragic accident, Neil was recently quoted as saying, "I don't endorse drinking and driving. I endorse driving responsibly. I made a tragic mistake that cost one of my dear friends his life."
